Medical student ready to tackle your first board exam?
I took USMLE Step 1 in September 2023 and PASSED! My school has an accelerated, 11 month preclinical curriculum, and my dedicated was only 19 days.
BUT, I STILL PASSED!
Now, I want to help you get the P, too. I have compiled a list of resources I used to study and hope they will help you! Make sure to check out and download my FREE USMLE Step 1/COMLEX Level 1 Resources List.

About Me
Hey y'all! I'm Morgan, a second year medical student. (Shoutout to my school for having a one year preclinical curriculum, so I took Step 1 SUPER early!!)
I went into college knowing that I wanted to be a physician, but I didn't have a mentor...so I had to figure it all out solo.
I was able to self study and crush the MCAT (with a 519), then I applied to medical school during the 2021-2022 application cycle. I applied to 16 schools, received 14 interview invities, and was accepted to 12 schools. On top of that, I received multiple full-tuition and full cost of attendance scholarships.
I am so thankful that a girl from South Carolina like me is now living out her dream of becoming a physician, and contributing to the 2% of physicians that are Black females.
BUT I don't want to do it alone. My goal is to increase diversity in medicine and guide you on your journey to becoming a physician. LET'S DO IT!
